Grace Eyre in Hove is recruiting a Scheme Manager for a brand-new specialist service delivering long-term affordable housing for people living with acquired brain injuries and/or physical disabilities.

You will lead a staff team to provide safe, responsive and empowering services that promote independence, choice and wellbeing, and you will work with housing providers, families and professionals to create a positive living environment where residents feel safe and proud of where they live.

Responsibilities
