• Salary: £33,489 per annum

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scheme Manager to oversee our supported living schemes at Foundry Mews and Everall Court, supporting adults with mental health needs to achieve independence. You will report to the Locality Manager and lead a team to deliver person-centred care, manage financial and administrative procedures, and ensure compliance with regulations and contractual standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience managing services for adults with mental health needs
• Strong knowledge of Person-Centred Care and Positive Behaviour Support
• Leadership skills with experience in motivating and developing staff
• Ability to meet KPIs and complete monitoring returns
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organisational skills and a flexible, positive approach
• Knowledge of safeguarding, lone working, and health and safety
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
