Scheme Manager
£25,374 - £26,159 per year
37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm
We have an opportunity for a Scheme Manager to join our team based at Wellington House, Stretford, this role also covers Carron House in Northenden. You will be responsible for providing a high quality housing management service which will include providing tenancy advice, following up communal repairs and promoting independent living. This is a rewarding yet challenging role and is ideal for someone who has previous experience of working with older people in a housing management setting and is aware of safeguarding concerns.
This role will also cover Carron House in Northenden.
