Role Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong broker relationships to develop profitable schemes
• Underwrite new and existing business on a case-by-case and account basis
• Monitor and manage your portfolio, identifying opportunities and making strategic adjustments
• Refine and evolve underwriting guides to stay competitive
• Lead broker workshops to share insights and enhance underwriting knowledge
• Ensure governance, compliance, and efficiency in underwriting practices
• Own the delivery of profitable growth and a high-performing portfolio

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as an underwriter, ideally in commercial lines or schemes
• Strong track record in building and managing broker relationships
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills
• Confidence in portfolio management and performance improvement
