A leading not-for-profit housing association is seeking a dedicated housing manager to provide intensive management within their schemes. The role involves coordinating services for residents, ensuring health and safety compliance, and overseeing repairs. Ideal candidates will have strong customer care skills and a proactive approach to workload management.
Salary: £25,175.19 per annum + Essential Car User Allowance (must have access to a vehicle to travel between sites as required)
Location: Salford, Sale, or Whitefield, Greater Manchester areas
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
We are open to flexible working arrangements such as job share, reduced hours, or compressed hours. Please mention your preferences in your application.
Requirements: Enhanced DBS check for working with Adults, and the ability to drive and access to a vehicle.
