Job summary

National Highways is seeking a Scheme Coordinator to join our South West team, supporting project delivery, documentation preparation, and adherence to governance and safety standards. The role offers site-based work from Bristol or Exeter with focus on scheme documentation and data management.

Your responsibilities include assisting with H&S files, scheme documentation, data storage, scheduling, and ensuring the wellbeing and safety of customers and staff throughout planning and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop Health & Safety files for schemes with timely, accurate data.
• Support preparation of scheme completion documentation and circulate to stakeholders.
• Assist with construction scheme documentation and data collation/storage in relevant databases.
• Support scheme scheduling and delivery-related activities and meetings.
• Ensure health and safety needs and wellbeing of customers and employees are considered throughout planning and delivery.
