About the position:

Anglicare's Home and Community teams provide support and services that enable our clients to maintain their independence—living happily and healthily within their own homes. Whether it be lifestyle, transport, social support, clinical support in Nursing or Allied Health, this service is vital for our community.

Based in our Stafford Office, we are seeking a full-time Scheduling Officer to accommodate growth in client services. You will bring your experience to this role to ensure our staff continue to deliver exceptional client outcomes in the community.

About You:

With a passion for Home and Community care and a keen interest in supporting our clients to live independent and enriched lives, your skills and experience will include:

  • Scheduling experience, using an electronic data management system.
  • Self-managing with the ability to prioritise and balance a full workload in a busy, changing environment.
  • Highly effective customer service skills.
  • A solid understanding of the entire Microsoft Suite, including Word and Excel, with accurate alpha-numeric data entry skills.
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills, with the ability to relate effectively across a broad range of ages, cultures, and socio-economic groups.
  • A friendly and flexible attitude with a focus on customer service.
  • Dedication to error-free administration, with unwavering attention to detail, even when tasks are routine.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make fast, professional, and effective decisions within the scope of the role.
  • Initiative and the ability to monitor and manage your workload while working within role expectations, deadlines, and management requirements.
  • Current Driver's Licence.
  • National Police Clearance.
