Now Hiring: Senior Manager – Order Scheduling | Supply Chain Leadership | Hybrid (Belfast/UK Based)

We are working with a global business to find a Senior Manager of Order Scheduling someone who’s confident navigating the space between supply planning and customer-facing order fulfilment. This is a high-impact role supporting revenue delivery, supply assurance, and performance targets across multiple product lines.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading a global team focused on managing customer order schedules across multiple regions and time zones (UK, Canada, India, Mexico, Thailand).
  • Solving for supply commit shortages and securing ship dates to keep project deployments on track.
  • Driving collaboration across supply planning, fulfilment, and customer teams.
  • Supporting executive reporting and driving improvements in processes, automation, and digital transformation.
  • Owning key service KPIs and contributing directly to revenue realisation.

What you need to succeed:

  • Strong people leadership experience, this is a hands-on team lead role.
  • Solid background (ideally 8+ years) in Supply Chain, Planning, Scheduling, or Fulfilment.
  • Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse would be ideal as it's a key platform for this role.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to operate across regions and time zones, and confidently represent the function in cross-functional meetings.
