Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and drive operational excellence? As a Scheduling Manager within Workforce Planning & Optimisation (WPO), you will be at the helm of all planning and scheduling activities, ensuring our field operations run with precision and efficiency. This pivotal role demands strategic oversight and a commitment to aligning outputs with service levels, business priorities, and regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will lead from the front, owning the performance of the planning function, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring our processes are both effective and agile. Your leadership will be crucial in developing a high-performing team. You will set clear expectations, hold individuals accountable, and foster a culture of ownership, excellence, and continuous learning.
Key accountabilities in this role include:
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic leader with strong people management and leadership skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and proficiency in process quality assurance.
The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in dispatch, jeopardy, and alarm management, the ability to balance priorities and workload demands, and creative problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP ESS/MSS, eSCADA, Genesys, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, and Power Apps is essential.
