Job summary

Parkingeye is seeking a Scheduling Co-ordinator to join our Operations team in the United Kingdom. The role supports project delivery through scheduling, engineering logistics, and ensuring timely services for car park ANPR installations and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisation and communication skills, and a proactive approach to improving processes. This hands-on position requires attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a collaborative

Qualifications

Strong general education including English Language and Mathematics.
Evidence of knowledge and skills in ensuring high levels of quality assurance.
Evidence of ability to change priorities based on the needs of the company.
Evidence of meeting tight Service Level Agreement targets and deadlines.
Evidence of producing high quality work.
Evidence of excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Administration and PO processing; booking hotels for engineers.
Maintain professional standards across all aspects of the role.
Run line searches to ensure safe digging for engineers on site.
Design and draft signs/overlays per client requirements and BPA Code of Practice.
Improve signage-related processes; drive productivity and efficiency.
Adhere to company policies, health and safety requirements.
