An innovative technology company seeks a Scheduling Lead to oversee programme scheduling and align it with organisational objectives. This role involves supporting project teams, generating reports on scheduling performance, and providing guidance on best practices. NautIQ Solutions is a part of Rolls-Royce Power Systems that focuses on delivering electrical, automation and autonomy products to our Naval and Commercial Marine customers. The business is based around two Product Centres in Bristol and Heybridge with shared support resources provided from our team in East Grinstead; we operate an integrated programme delivery team across the Bristol and Heybridge sites.
What you will be doing:
As a Scheduling Lead you will support the Programmes from within the PMO by generating and maintaining schedules, conducting health checks, and providing reports on scheduling status. This role ensures that programme schedules align with organisational objectives and best practices. While the Scheduling Lead can create schedules, they do not have a customer-facing role; instead, the project teams handle direct interactions. The Scheduling Lead provides guidance on scheduling best practices and ensures consistency across programmes.
