Scheduling Coordinator / Project Handler – Temp to perm

Office-based – Cardiff
£25,000 per annum
Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Are you organised, detail-focused, and ready to play a key part in supporting energy efficiency and compliance projects across the UK? We’re looking for a Scheduling Coordinator / Project Handler to join a busy and growing team working in the ECO and retrofit energy sector.

In this vital role, you’ll help ensure the smooth scheduling, coordination and submission of ECO compliance documentation. You’ll work closely with installers, internal teams and funders to make sure every project meets strict quality and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing the scheduling of project workflows and document submissions
  • Reviewing ECO/retrofit paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Liaising with installers, assessors, and internal teams to resolve queries
  • Submitting completed documentation in line with funder deadlines
  • Using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and document viewers to process and track files

What You’ll Need:

  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong admin and organisational skills
  • Comfortable working under pressure to meet submission deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and other digital platforms
  • Clear communicator with a professional, positive approach
  • Experience in ECO, PAS 2035, or energy compliance is beneficial (but not essential – full training provided)
