Primary Purpose: Your Commitment as a Team Member of Pacific Recreation:
The Scheduling and Member Services Coordinator will support the Assistant Director of Pacific Recreation by overseeing the scheduling and member services for the Baun Fitness Center and auxiliary facilities. This role is essential in ensuring effective staff coverage, supporting day-to-day operations, and providing outstanding customer service for facility users. The coordinator will be responsible for managing student staff scheduling, overseeing facility operations, and providing leadership during evening and weekend hours to ensure the highest level of service, safety, and operational efficiency.

Work is primarily performed both in a standard office and gym and outdoor sports environments. Regular Office Hours will be Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm. Will require work performed on non-standard business times both on weekends and evenings.
Valid driver’s license required. Incumbent must also be able to meet the University’s fleet rules and be eligible to drive for University business. The University and its insurance carrier reserve the right to exclude applicants based on their driving record.
Hiring Range: $25-$26 per hour. We consider factors such as, but not limited to, scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s qualifications, internal equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
