Tunbridge Wells, Central Location, 8.30-5.30pm, Mon-Fri.

£26,000 - £30,000 per annum + performance bonus + benefits including 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays, flexible start and finish times, social events, pension and your birthday off!

Our client is currently seeking an enthusiastic and organised Scheduler/Job Allocator to join their busy and dedicated team based in Tunbridge Wells.

Role Overview: You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the 40 engineers are efficiently scheduled for their visits, maintaining the high standard of service the clients expect. You will be responsible for creating monthly plans, managing routine visits, and addressing client concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling/ Job Allocation: Create and manage the monthly plan for 40 engineers across London and the South East.
  • Proactively schedule routine visits while maximising route efficiency.
  • Ensure all visits are completed as per contract frequency and monitor progress throughout the month.
  • Handle larger ad-hoc works as needed.
  • Regularly update the management team on service delivery concerns.

Customer Service & Communication:

  • Deliver exceptional personalised customer service at all times.
  • Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, managing expectations effectively.
  • Collaborate with the service team to develop action plans for areas needing improvement.

Desired Experience & Qualities:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
