Job description

VANRATH is thrilled to assist our client in the search of a Scheduler. Our client is a fast growing energy provider, who have an excellent reputation across Northern Ireland. This is an urgent requirement offering an immediate start date.

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 + Comprehensive Benefits & Career Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate installation crews for residential insulation projects.
  • Confirm appointment dates with customers and maintain clear communication.
  • Manage and update scheduling systems for efficient team deployment.
  • Prepare and track all pre and post-installation documentation (permits, certifications, warranties).
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries throughout the project life-cycle.
  • Support project closeouts by verifying documentation and liaising with finance and ops teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (project managers, sales, technical staff).
  • Communicate effectively with external parties, including suppliers and local authorities.

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within construction, energy, or a similar field.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and time management.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident in working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Professional, approachable, and adaptable under pressure.
