The Scheduler and Medical Records Clerk performs various duties associated with routine patient encounters, maintaining positive relationships with patients, family members, visitors, and fellow employees.

How to Apply

To apply for a position at any MANA Clinic, you must complete a MANA employment application. Applicants may list the position(s) they are interested in applying for on the application and only need to complete one application. Applications are reviewed by the Human Resources Department at the MANA Administrative Office and are shared with the clinic managers. Applications are kept in our database for managers to review for six (6) months. MANA is an equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming calls for appointments; be able to handle multi-line telephone/extension numbers, handling 50 to 75 calls per day.
  • Correctly enter demographic information into the appropriate system.
  • Review and assess patient medical records to determine the correct study to schedule.
  • Inform patients of clinic procedures; know which exams require preparation and inform patients of protocols.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 7 – 11 months related experience and/or education.
