In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing them with world-class customer service. Your responsibilities will include performing check-in, check-out, and phone reception duties. You will verify insurance eligibility, collect copayments and outstanding patient balances, and schedule follow-up appointments. Additionally, you will secure prior authorizations, referrals, and appointments for specialty care and testing. Your attention to detail will be key as you reconcile daily batch and global processing to ensure accurate financial records. Your friendly and professional demeanor will shine as you answer phones and assist patients or route calls to the appropriate department.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
1 - 2 years customer service experience required
Prior medical office experience preferred
We are currently hiring a full-time, 40-hour Scheduler to work on site Monday-Friday between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm! Our Schedulers play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.
