Scheduler – Weston-Super-Mare based • Immediate start • Permanent contract


About the Company

Build Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the built environment, from executive to operative level.


With offices in London, Manchester, and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety, and Sales. We currently work with a social housing maintenance contractor, who is looking for a Scheduler based in Weston-Super-Mare.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities


  • Liaise with engineers in the field daily, booking appointments

  • Administrative tasks such as invoicing and uploading documentation

  • Record information on an in house scheduling system

  • Over and phone communication with tenants and homeowners


Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)


  • Excellent customer service and admin experience

  • Experience in social housing

  • Background in repairs and maintenance

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
