Work Scheduler - Skelmersdale - Join a Growing Team!

We're partnering with a leading Property Services provider in Skelmersdale to find a skilled individual to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your scheduling expertise and contribute to a fast-paced and supportive environment.



What You'll Be Doing:

As a Work Scheduler, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless workflow and exceptional service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Daily Scheduling: Efficiently managing and scheduling works for up to 20 operatives, ensuring diaries are full and jobs are allocated promptly.

  • Emergency Response: Handling urgent and emergency requests with speed and precision to meet critical targets.

  • Request Management: Processing telephone variations, securing necessary approvals, and confirming site completion.

  • Inspection Coordination: Arranging and coordinating inspections for supervisors.

  • Customer Service: Delivering outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring their needs are met.

  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with your team to achieve daily goals and targets, including a minimum of 60 daily allocations.



What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a proactive individual with:

  • Proven experience in a similar scheduling role, ideally within the construction, property services, or logistics sectors.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills and a professional, calm telephone manner.

  • The ability to work effectively under pressure in a demanding environment.

  • Proficiency with scheduling software and databases.
