Job Type: Part Time, Permanent Contract

Location: Cambridge

Rate: £26,895 per annum pro rata

We’re working with a leading contractor specialising in social housing contracts, and they’re looking for an experienced Scheduler to join their busy team.

Overview

The Scheduler will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and refurbishment works. You’ll coordinate operatives, manage daily schedules, liaise with tenants, and ensure jobs are completed on time and to a high standard.

Responsibilities
  • Allocate and manage workloads for operatives across multiple contracts
  • Handle tenant queries with professionalism and care
  • Monitor progress of jobs, updating systems in real time
  • Work closely with contract managers and supervisors to resolve scheduling issues
  • Ensure KPIs and SLAs are consistently met
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Scheduler, Planner, or Coordinator (ideally within social housing, facilities management, or construction)
