Job description

Join our team as an Installation Scheduler to support our team on a fixed-term basis covering a period of maternity leave. In this role, you'll collaborate with multiple teams to coordinate both reactive and planned installation work. Your mission will be to efficiently schedule appointments that align with our customers' needs while making the most of our available resources.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Connect with both new and existing customers, ensuring they receive the most suitable appointment dates.
2. Be the go-to support and primary point of contact for field-based Sales Representatives and Installers.
3. Efficiently schedule all reactive and planned tasks to the right resources, considering location, skills, and response times.
4. Optimize diaries to maximize productivity while remaining flexible to changes in priorities and deadlines.
5. Follow up on incomplete jobs and reallocate them according to our service level agreements.
6. Identify upselling opportunities proactively.
7. Contribute to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction scores.
8. Cultivate rapport and foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
9. Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment with stakeholders, customers, installers, and third parties.

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong keyboard skills and experience with CRM software (Salesforce advantageous).
