Repairs Scheduler – Gas & Plumbing

A position has arisen for a Repairs Scheduler within a leading organisation based in Llandudno.

This is a temporary contract for up to 6 months.

Your duties will include:

• Scheduling and coordinating gas and plumbing repairs for in-house teams and subcontractors.
• Logging and tracking repair requests onto the system, ensuring timely completion.
• Raising and completing purchase orders for required materials.
• Monitoring and responding to emails from tenants, engineers, and management.
• Liaising with engineers and tenants to confirm appointments and follow up on progress.
• Accurately updating and maintaining the CRM system.

Essential requirements:

• Experience working in an administration role.
• Strong customer service and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail with administration tasks.
• Ability to liaise with tenants and engineers professionally.
