It’s an exciting time at Aspire housing and we have an opportunity for you to join our expanding HOME in house repairs team.

If you have a passion for providing excellent service which is in line with our People First ethos, with a right first-time attitude Aspire is the organisation to showcase your talents.

This role is part of the team that provides the scheduling support to our in-house repairs and voids service and trade colleagues.

By taking responsibility for our customer issues, hitting the service targets, and ensuring that they are dealt with in a timely and customer focused way you will efficiently coordinate and schedule the work for our colleagues and deliver positive outcomes for customers.

You will be able to organise and prioritise your workload to meet tight deadlines whilst ensuring quality and compliance.

As we are always thinking of smarter, simpler, and slicker ways of doing things through our systems and processes, being adaptable to change, collaborating with others and the desire to improve the lives of our diverse customers is key.

You will need to hit the ground running; it would be ideal if you had experience scheduling work within the building maintenance industry to maintain and improve our 9000-homes.
