Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Scheduler role located in Leeds at Garolla. The Scheduler will be responsible for managing appointments, coordinating installation schedules, and ensuring efficient communication between customers, engineers, and the customer service team. Responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate records, resolving scheduling conflicts, and providing exceptional customer service.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Previous experience in scheduling or administration roles is a plus
