Job Description

You will work as a Scheduler within an established team, supporting existing clients experiencing issues. The role involves organizing and scheduling engineers and contractors, arranging appointments to resolve faults, ordering necessary parts, and ensuring the engineer has everything needed for the appointment. You will keep clients updated on progress and handle a high volume of calls, emails, and interactions via social media and webchat when required.
