Role Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls / monitor and respond to emails for the business
  • Liaise with engineers in the field to book jobs
  • Liaise with clients and tenants
  • Job Flow Management
  • Liaise with third party companies and partners
  • Previous experience of customer service, data and call handling.
