Responsibilities of the Scheduler include:

1. Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demands and inventory goals
2. Coordinate with departments such as production, procurement, and quality assurance to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery
3. Proactively communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure correct parts are ordered
4. Track progress, including raising quotes
5. Manage engineers' diaries, providing guidance and full job details
6. Arrange jobs with subcontractors, check invoices, and dispute incorrect charges

Skills required of the Scheduler:

• Experience with SAP is advantageous
• Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate
