Job summary

A leading contractor in social housing is seeking a skilled Scheduler to ensure smooth delivery of repairs and maintenance in Cambridge. We're working with a leading contractor specialising in social housing contracts, and they're looking for an experienced Scheduler to join their busy team.


Role Overview

As a Scheduler, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and refurbishment works. You'll be responsible for coordinating operatives, managing daily schedules, liaising with tenants, and making sure jobs are completed on time and to a high standard.


Key Responsibilities


  • Allocate and manage workloads for operatives across multiple contracts

  • Handle tenant queries with professionalism and care

  • Monitor progress of jobs, updating systems in real time

  • Work closely with contract managers and supervisors to resolve scheduling issues

  • Ensure KPIs and SLAs are consistently met


What We're Looking For


  • Previous experience as a Scheduler, Planner, or Coordinator (ideally within social housing, facilities management, or construction)
