A global entertainment company is seeking friendly and open front of house colleagues for their Scarefest attractions in England. The Scarefest Attraction Host will provide excellent customer service, manage crowds, and ensure health and safety. The roles can be full-time or part-time, including weekends. Candidates should be enthusiastic and capable of working in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Training and various benefits are provided.

Job description

What you'll bring to the team

Alton Towers prides itself on providing world-class themed entertainment and is the forerunner in providing high quality family productions, attractions and experiences. We are seeking open and friendly front of house colleagues to be the first point of contact our guests have at our Scarefest attractions.

As a Scarefest Attraction Host you'll work in our entertainment attractions providing great customer service to thousands of guests each day during our extremely popular Halloween event, Scarefest, whilst also ensuring health and safety procedures are followed. As part of this team, you’ll be on hand to ensure our guests have a great experience by providing a helping hand around the Resort, giving directions, and solving issues.

Contracts will run from early September – early November 2025. The role can either be full or part time and will include Weekends.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working front of house at our Scarefest attractions with a focus on safety and efficiency
  • Engaging with a variety of guests to provide exceptional customer service
  • Assisting with guest queries and ensuring their needs are met
  • Manging queues and crowd control situations
  • Reporting any operational issues or incidents to the Scarefest Attractions Supervisor
  • Support in daily presentational duties outside of our attractions

Pay Range
Compensation between GBP £7.55/Hr.-GBP £12.21/Hr.
