Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Scaled Agile Technical Architect to design scalable architectures, lead cross-team SAFe practices, and mentor engineers in a complex, secure enterprise environment.

The role emphasizes modern cloud-native patterns, CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure-as-code, with a focus on delivering high-availability applications and clear communication to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience as a senior developer or technical lead guiding Agile/SAFe teams.
• IT/Engineering NVQ Level 4 or Bachelor's in CS/Software Eng, or equivalent practical experience.
• Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Developer Associate; SAFe Practitioner; ITIL Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Translate SAFe features into scalable architectural designs and technical stories.
• Establish coding standards, conduct peer reviews, and reduce technical debt.
• Collaborate with system architects and other leads to align dependencies across Scrum teams.
• Provide technical mentorship to engineers and foster continuous learning.
• Design and deliver secure, high-availability enterprise applications.
• Show familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerisation, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Explain complex architecture to engineers and non-technical stakeholders; empower team ownership.
