Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in process or product development.
• Experience with novel technologies in academia or industry.
• Comfort with testing techniques like tensile testing and mechanical characterization.

Responsibilities

• Lead scale-up of manufacturing processes from lab to production.
• Plan and execute production trials and demonstrations.
• Build relationships with manufacturing partners.
• Translate materials science to robust industrial products.
• Identify and eliminate manufacturing bottlenecks.
• Capture and analyze data from manufacturing trials.
