Job description

Primary and intermediate (Years 1–8) / kura tuatahi, Certificated teacher

We are looking for two energetic and motivated teachers who are prepared to do whatever it takes to provide extraordinary learning experiences for our children. Must be able to think reflectively, work effectively with others, and be passionate about engaging with students and unlocking the potential of all learners. An ability to develop positive relationships with children, whanau, and staff is essential.

It is likely that these positions will be in the Y4-6 area of the school in 2026.

If you are creative in your approach, have sound digital skills, and are excited about the possibility of working collaboratively with other teachers, then we want to hear from you. The following would be advantageous but are not essential: experience working in a collaborative environment; experience with the Manaiakalani ‘Learn Create Share’ pedagogy; experience teaching a structured te reo Māori programme. We would also like to hear what else you have to offer our school.
