Job Description:

Role Purpose: As Scaffolding Manager you will oversee the safe and efficient planning, erection, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding structures on construction sites.

In addition to this you will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, manage scaffold teams, and collaborate with project stakeholders to meet timelines and budgets as will as being responsible for resource allocation, quality control, and fostering a safety-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate scaffolding operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Conduct inspections and risk assessments
  • Recruit, train, and supervise scaffold crews
  • Manage inventory and resource allocation
  • Liaise with suppliers and stay updated on industry trends
  • Recommend process improvements and innovative solutions

Necessary Skills:

  • 6+ years in construction, petrochemical, and oil & gas industry, with 4+ years in a supervisory role
  • Experience in scaffolding and power industry construction methods
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter, able to work independently
  • Proficient in scaffolding techniques, load capacities, safety standards, and CAD/project management software
  • Proficient in MS Office and English

Desirable Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in scaffolding with a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
