Overview: ESD is recruiting for a growing NASC-accredited scaffolding contractor seeking an experienced Contracts Director to oversee scaffolding projects across Worcester and the UK.

This leadership role involves driving operational delivery, ensuring health & safety standards, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee multiple scaffolding contracts from tender to completion
2. Manage and lead contract managers, supervisors, and site teams
3. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
4. Maintain client relationships and manage key accounts
5. Oversee commercial performance and compliance with NASC standards
6. Report regularly to company directors

Requirements:

1. Proven senior scaffolding experience at Contracts Manager or Director level
2. Strong operational, commercial, and leadership skills
3. Deep knowledge of scaffolding regulations and industry best practices
4. Preferred: CISRS Advanced Scaffolder card or equivalent
