Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior scaffolding role at Contracts Manager/Director level.
• Strong operational, commercial, and leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of scaffolding regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple scaffolding contracts from tender through to completion.
• Manage teams of contract managers, supervisors, and site personnel.
• Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Job Description:

ESD are recruiting on behalf of a growing NASC-accredited scaffolding contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Director to oversee their expanding portfolio of scaffolding projects across London and the South East.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving operational delivery, maintaining high standards of health & safety, and supporting continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple scaffolding contracts from tender through to completion
• Manage and lead teams of contract managers, supervisors, and site personnel
• Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage key accounts
• Oversee commercial performance and ensure compliance with NASC standards
• Provide regular reports and updates to company directors

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior scaffolding role at Contracts Manager/Director level
• Strong operational, commercial, and leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of scaffolding regulations and industry best practices
• CISRS Advanced Scaffolder card or equivalent preferred
