We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Construction Scaffolders to join our construction team at our construction site. The Construction Scaffolder will be responsible for erecting, inspecting, and dismantling scaffolding structures to provide safe access and support for construction activities.

Responsibilities:

• Erect scaffolding structures according to project specifications and safety regulations, ensuring stability and structural integrity.
• Inspect scaffolding components for damage, wear, and proper assembly before each use.
• Secure scaffolding structures to building facades, floors, or other structures using appropriate anchoring methods.
• Install safety measures, such as guardrails, toe boards, and safety nets, to prevent falls and accidents.
• Coordinate with construction supervisors and trades to ensure scaffolding is erected in the appropriate locations and heights to support ongoing work.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications related to scaffolding.
• Proficiency in using scaffolding equipment and tools, such as frames, braces, planks, and ladders.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy materials.
