BandF Scaffold is hiring a Scaffold Labourer to join our Jersey team. No prior scaffolding experience is necessary; we value attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

You will be expected to work outdoors, maintain excellent attendance, and contribute as part of a crew. We provide full training and opportunities to progress and gain scaffolding qualifications, with long-term career prospects.

Qualifications

• Excellent attendance and timekeeping are essential.
• Reliable, hardworking mindset required.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
• Strong team player with a can-do attitude.
• Full driving licence preferred but not required.
