Job Description

We’re looking for someone who can join our clients thriving technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing, enhancing, improving and maintaining the SCADA Systems. The suitable candidates will provide technical support for SCADA applications within a gas utility environment.

Other responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for SCADA applications within a gas utility environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, incidents on integration workflows e.g. SFTP adaptor, API connectivity etc.
• Contribute to application support projects, ensuring timely issue resolution.

What you will bring:

• 8-10 years of experience supporting SCADA/OT applications in the utilities sector.
• Deep expertise in SCADA systems architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex application, network (SFTP, TCP/IP), and API integration issues.
• Strong understanding of OT security best practices and vulnerability remediation.
• Proficient with OT protocols (DNP3, OPC, Modbus) and scripting (Python, PowerShell).
• Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
