Our Supply Chain Graduate Programme is designed to accelerate your growth through hands-on experience, meaningful projects, and real responsibility. You’ll rotate across key departments, gaining a 360° view of the business, while being mentored by inspiring leaders who are invested in your success.

What to Expect:

Three different rotations provide a variety of opportunities to build your on-the-job knowledge and experience. In each rotation, you will take on business relevant projects where your input will help shape how we connect with customers, drive innovation, and grow sustainably.

You will get the opportunity to gain experience in some of the key areas of Supply Chain including: Logistics, Supply Chain Operational Planning & Procurement.

Continuous Learning & Development is a focus point of the programme. You will be supported with formal learning to develop your skills in:

  • Strategic thinking & problem solving
  • Stakeholder partnering & influencing

You will be supported on this journey by an experienced Mentor and through Career Coaching from our Talent Development Manager & Peer Learnings where you will gain knowledge from the experiences of other Grads and share your key learnings.

What We’re Looking For:

  • You are in your final year of studies or have recently graduated in the last two years from a relevant 3rd level education
  • You have a strong drive to make an impact and continuously improve yourself. You’re a fast learner, eager to grow in your career, learn from the team and collaborate
  • You have a full, clean driving license
  • You have an interest in data analytics & like challenging the status quo

Process Overview:

  • Stage 1: Apply & Intro Interview
  • Submit your application and complete a short screening interview
  • Stage 2: Assessment Day (In-Person)
  • Join us for a dynamic day where you’ll take part in individual & team exercises, meet other potential grads, and have a one-on-one interview. It’s a chance to show your strengths and get a feel for our culture
  • Stage 3: Final Interview
  • Meet a Senior Manager to chat about your goals, potential, and how you could grow with us
