SC Cleared Test Manager with Electronics / Production

Endeavour Recruitment has an exciting permanent opportunity with our Leading Defence client based in Buckinghamshire.

They require a Security Cleared Test Manager with a strong background in Electronics and Production environments to lead their Test Team.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum qualification of Degree/HNC in Electronic Engineering
• 5-10 years of experience in a Test Engineering in a Production environment
• Demonstrable experience with Development/Provision/Management of Test Facilities, ideally within the Defence Sector.
• Experience of Departmental Management e.g. control departmental budget and conducting employee performance reviews
• Knowledge of Analogue and Digital electronics, signal processing and RF techniques
• Knowledge of appropriate programming applications (e.g NI, LabView) and ATE hardware (GPIB)
• SC level Security Clearance is mandatory for this role
