We are looking for: Technical Architect with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure implementation experience.

The individual will support the Bank's Finance Modernisation Programme, building and managing cloud-based infrastructure and solutions, working alongside a programme team and reporting to the Technology ERP Platform Lead.

Detailed requirements:

The candidate must be able to work independently, produce simple, robust, maintainable solutions, and manage stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities include:

• Owning and delivering platform solution designs from conception through to implementation and operational handover.
• Ensuring solutions meet security controls and regulatory compliance.
• Managing platform design artifacts, configurations, and runbooks.
• Providing handover support to operational teams.
• Managing cloud infrastructure, including VMs, storage, and networking.
• Implementing and managing OCI PaaS and SaaS services, optimizing for OCI.
• Supervising container deployment and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Managing backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Configuring, managing, and monitoring OCI environment performance.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, optimizing system performance.
• Providing technical assurance and training on platform solutions.
• Building stakeholder relationships across business, architecture, and third-party teams.
• Developing automation processes for cloud infrastructure management.
