PentenAmio is seeking a Systems Technical Lead in the UK, hybrid role based in Tewkesbury. You will own the technical direction, systems engineering approach and solution architecture for complex, secure, multi‑disciplinary projects while coordinating across systems, software, hardware and test teams.

You will drive architectures, interfaces and verification strategies, act as the technical authority for challenging engineering problems, lead design reviews and mentor engineers, helping grow

Qualifications

• Significant professional systems engineering experience across multidisciplinary engineering solutions.
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership and coordinate across hardware, software and test teams.
• Experience with architectures, interfaces and verification strategies in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as overall technical lead for assigned projects, owning technical direction and solution architecture.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities to ensure coherent delivery.
• Lead development of system architectures, operational concepts and interface definitions.
• Act as technical authority for complex engineering challenges and escalation.
• Ensure solutions meet customer, security and regulatory requirements.
• Lead design reviews and mentor engineers to grow capability.
