We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a leading construction delivery team on a high-profile infrastructure programme based in Burghfield, Reading. As a Site Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of daily site operations, working alongside a dedicated construction management team and specialist subcontractors. Your role will be essential in ensuring works are delivered to the required quality, safety, and programme expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Construction Manager in day-to-day site delivery and coordination of work packages.
• Supervise subcontractor activities ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
• Deliver daily site briefings, toolbox talks, and inductions with a strong focus on health, safety, and environment (HSE).
• Participate in monthly ESH reviews with suppliers and specialists.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card.
• Proven experience in site supervision within major construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of site health & safety practices.
• Ability to lead by example and communicate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
