The client is seeking a Security Cleared First Line Analyst to work within the Second Line Service Desk team, supporting a 24/7 x 365 service with rotating early, mid, and late shifts from 7am to 7pm.

The Analyst will provide technical support and service delivery, including incident investigation and resolution, request fulfillment, assisting with problem investigations, creating support documentation, and providing technical coaching, all while adhering to standards and procedures.
