Job summary

VIQU IT Recruitment is seeking an SC-cleared Senior Performance Test Engineer for a London-based hybrid role. You will lead performance testing initiatives across critical applications, using JMeter, Gatling, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure robust, scalable systems in cloud and on-prem environments.

You will work with Azure Cloud and monitoring tools like Grafana and New Relic, collaborating with technical teams to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements while mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Around three years' experience leading performance testing with JMeter.
• SC-cleared or eligible for clearance to work on government projects.
• Experience designing and executing performance, load and stress tests.
• Ability to troubleshoot with monitoring tools (Grafana, Dynatrace).

Responsibilities

• Design and run performance tests using JMeter, Gatling or LoadRunner.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and improve test coverage.
• Analyze bottlenecks and provide non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with developers and operations to monitor systems with Grafana and Dynatrace.
