Job summary

Olive Jar Digital Ltd is seeking an SC Cleared Senior Full Stack Developer to join a public sector project on an initial 3-month FTC, remote UK. You will work within an established delivery team, designing and developing secure, scalable applications and services.

The role requires strong hands-on experience across Python, Java and AWS, with the ability to work across the full development lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with DevOps, Cloud, Architecture and Delivery teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Active SC Clearance is mandatory for this public sector project.
• Strong hands-on experience as a Senior/Full Stack Developer.
• Proven expertise in Python, Java and AWS environments.
• Experience designing and delivering REST APIs and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full-stack applications and services.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python and Java.
• Build and deploy solutions within AWS cloud environments.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and microservices.
• Produce clean, secure and well-tested code.
• Support CI/CD, automated testing and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, Architecture and Delivery teams.
• Contribute to technical design, code reviews and Agile ceremonies.
• Troubleshoot issues across applications and integrations.
• Ensure security and public sector engineering standards.
