Job summary

Global Resourcing - Executive Search, Interim & Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a Central Government client transitioning to a new target operating model. You will lead analysis across portfolio and programme workstreams, translating needs into clear requirements and ensuring changes are reflected in the TOM.

The role requires active SC clearance, senior BA experience in large organisations, and strong stakeholder management. Hybrid working with 2–3 days in London.

• Validate design decisions with platform owners and support TOM development.
• Quality-assure analysis produced by junior Business Analysts.
