SC Cleared Security Assurance Coordinator - Permanent Position - Up to £85K

iO Associates is currently seeking an SC Cleared Security Assurance Coordinator (SAC) for a permanent role offering up to £85K (dependent on experience), with an immediate start. The position offers hybrid working; the client prefers onsite presence once a week.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with the MOD, Central Governments, or Defence Consultancies, which is highly desirable. Active SC Clearance is essential, and DV Clearance would be a significant advantage.

Required experience includes:

• At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in a Security Assurance Coordinator role
• In-depth knowledge of defence policies and standards, particularly JSP 440, 453, and overarching HMG policies
• Experience in producing RMADS, Security Instructions, and other security policy documentation to a high standard
• Knowledge of Security Incident Management policies, processes, and procedures
• Experience delivering Risk Assessments, Risk Treatment plans, managing IT health checks, and remediation activities
