Job Opportunity: Windows 10 Deployment Project Manager (PM1)

Ae're looking for a Project Manager to join our thriving Projects & Programmes Practice. In this role, you'll support Lead Project Managers and lead small-scale or workstream-based projects across a wide range of clients. Your focus will be on Windows 10 deployment and migration projects, ensuring smooth rollouts that meet both technical and business objectives.

What You'll Do:

As a PM1, you'll:

• Deliver or support the delivery of Windows 10 deployments, device migrations, and desktop refreshes for internal or external customers.

• Work within structured environments such as the Central Project Service Desk (CPSD) or contract-aligned Portfolio Offices.

• Manage workstreams or standalone projects from initiation through to close, including project planning, stakeholder coordination, and milestone tracking.

• Collaborate across teams including Consultancy, Engineering (TRG), Global Managed Services, and Sales to ensure solution alignment.

• Monitor and manage financials, risk, change control, and contract elements related to your projects.

• Support or lead client communication, governance meetings, and progress reporting.

️ What You'll Bring:

• Experience managing or supporting Windows 10 deployment or similar desktop transformation projects.

• Trained in project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 Foundation (working towards Practitioner) or equivalent (Agile certifications also welcome).

• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, to quality, and within budget.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

• A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the emotional intelligence to adapt your approach to different stakeholders.

• Confident use of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and MS Project.

Your Objectives May Include:

• Managing customer expectations and satisfaction throughout the Windows 10 project lifecycle.

• Delivering agreed products and services to defined scope, cost, and timelines.

• Supporting governance processes, documentation, and change controls.

• Tracking KPIs such as delivery performance, customer feedback, and commercial contribution.
