Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 12-month public/health sector transformation, migrating from legacy monitoring to a modern observability platform across the estate. The role is 3 days a week onsite in Newcastle or Birmingham, working with a delivery lead and technical SMEs in a hybrid team.

UK government/public sector experience, strong PM track record, and SC clearance (or SC-eligibility) are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Public sector experience, UK government or health/public sector preferred.
• Experience delivering complex technical transformations and modernisation.
• Exposure to DevOps-focused delivery and ways of working.
• Strong project management track record with multi-stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run delivery for complex technical programmes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams with the delivery lead and SMEs.
• Balance agile delivery with commercial/contractual realities in a hybrid setup.
